    Tuition and Fees

    Payments are submitted electronically through the Family Portal, and can be paid at the beginning of the year or in 10 monthly installments.

    When applying for the first time, new students must pay a $100 application fee, along with a $350 enrollment fee for curriculum costs. Students are also responsible for any incidental expenses like school pictures, textbook replacements, and field trip expenses (food, tickets, etc.).

      Contact Us

      Fill out a contact form online. Our school office will reach out to you and provide you with any information you need.

      Schedule a Tour

      See our school in person. Tour the facilities and see what PCA has to offer.

      Create a Family Portal account

      This account will allow you to fill out an online application, as well as pay the $100 application fee.

      Fill Out an Application

      After reviewing your application, our office will schedule a parent interview.

    5. 5

      Complete Parent Interview and Student Assessment

      This interview helps determine whether enrollment at PCA is the best fit for everyone—the parents, the student, and the school.

    6. 6

      Registration

      After determining the student’s eligibility for enrollment, an official letter of acceptance is given to the family, along with instructions to begin the registration process.
